IT%u2019S MY OPINION ANYONE CONSIDERING %u201CEMPIRE TODAY%u201D
TO DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

The previous owner of my home had %u201CEmpire Today%u201D (Charlotte?) install
a laminate floor. Shortly after moving in, a small area in the hallway was
accidently wetted. Several planks expanded buckling the floor.

I contacted %u201CEmpire Today%u201D about repairs. I knew there was no warranty
on the floor. %u201CEmpire Today%u201D initially refused to tell me the name, etc.,
of the product on the floor as they could not discuss another account with me.
On speaking with a supervisor, I was told the product was Estates Living and
the design was Hickory.

I WAS THEN TOLD %u201CEMPIRE TODAY%u201D WOULD NOT MAKE
REPAIRS NOR WOULD THEY SELL ME ANY OF THE PRODUCT.

THEY WOULD ONLY CONSIDER SELLING AND INSTALLING
AN ENTIRELY NEW FLOOR.

Since then, I%u2019ve been unable to find any source for the product, Estates Living,
on the Internet.
